Companies Covered Under Corporate Tax
Companies covered under Corporate Tax includes:
UAE native companies or domestic companies.
Foreign companies that have a permanent establishment (PE) in the UAE.
Non-resident companies that carry out business activities or profit from a source in the UAE.
